Please note that before returning any product, you must be issued a Returned Goods Authorization. We must receive your return request within 10 days of receipt of your order. After you've submitted your Returned Goods Authorization request, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your Return Authorization Number.

For replacements, once you've received your Return Authorization Number, it is the customers responsibility to mail the product to Lumiy’s order fulfillment warehouse.  Simply print the label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your local Fedex store. You will have 5 days from the date you receive your return shipping label to drop the product off at Fedex. If your product is not shipped within 5 days, the labels will expire and no refund will be given. In addition, Lumiy will not be responsible for issuing a refund for a product that is returned without a valid Return Authorization Number.  In the first 30 days of receiving product, a product with a defects arising from material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Lumiy   From day 31 through to day 365, defects arising from material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by Lumiy with  shipping cost to the factory to be borne by customer.  From 366 onwards, any repairs and replacements can be provided by Lumiy at cost with shipping costs to and from factory to be borne by customer. The terms of this warrantee are subject to change without notice.

All claims must have an RMA and be sent to the order fulfillment warehouse as identified by Customer Support otherwise they will returned to sender.
